Telecommunications, Informatics, Energy and Management – TIEM 2019 is a common conference organized by the University of Telecommunications and Posts, Sofia Bulgaria and Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Institute of Technology, Kavala Greece.

The goal of the TIEM 2019 conference is to provide an international forum for researchers, academics, people in industry, and students to address recent research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress and experiences on all theoretical and practical issues arising in telecommunications, electronics, signal processing and applications, information technologies, energy and management.

Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of Fourth International Scientific Conference “Telecommunications, Informatics, Energy and Management”. Extended variants of selected papers will be recommended for publishing in special issues of the journal “Journal of Engineering Science and Technology Review” (ISSN: 1791-2377) included in Scopus, DOAJ, Google Scholar, EBSCO, ACS Publications, CERN.
